1) Who do I contact with website assistance?

You can reach the Security Benefit Service Center by calling 800.888.2461, 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. (Central time), Monday through Friday. You can also reach out to your IMO for assistance.

2) How do I register for the website?

Select the Register link in the top-right corner of the website. Input your information to register your account. Shortly after registering, you will receive an email at the email address you provided. Select the link provided in the email. You will be provided with a temporary password to finalize your account. Use your temporary password to login to the website for the first time.

3) I forgot my user id.

Select the Login Help button in the top-right corner of the website. Follow the instructions to reset User ID’s and Passwords.

4) I forgot my password.

Select the Login Help button in the top-right corner of the website. Select the link and follow the instructions to reset User ID’s and Passwords.

5) How do I change my password?

Once logged in, click the My Profile link in the top-right corner of the website. Follow the instructions to change your password.

6) How do I change the personal information associated with my account?

Once logged into the website, select "My Profile" in the top-right corner of the webpage. Within "My Profile", you can change Contact Information, your Password and change or create a Delegate Role.

7) How do my clients access their account?

Clients may access account information via our client approved website, www.securitybenefit.com. All clients can create an account and access their account information online. Download instructions (PDF) you can provide to your client on how they can register with SecurityBenefit.com to access their account information online.

8) Is your website secure?

Yes. For all Security Benefit websites, we employ the use of SSL to protect account information.

9) What is the difference between registering with my personal agent number versus my company number?

For agents who assign their commissions to an entity, they will have to register themselves and the entity. Registering yourself as an agent will allow you to track pending business as well as view inforce business. However, for instances where commissions are assigned to an entity, logging in as that entity would be needed to view those commissions.

4) How do I track my pending business?

Once logged in, pending business can be tracked by going to "Track", then "Pending Contract Status". From this section of the website you can track all pending cases.

5) Where can I access my client’s annual statements?

Annual statements as well as contract information can be found under the Service tab. Once logged into the website, select "Service", then "Account Search" to search by the specific policy number. Or "Service", then "My Accounts" to view all of your inforce accounts. To access annual statements, select the contract number and download the annual statement.

(2) What are the current rates?

To access Current Rates, log into the website and select the Rates icon in the left-hand corner of the website. Or click Current Rates under the Resources tab.

3) Where can I locate client materials?

Client Materials are located on each product page.

4) Where can I get a new application?

Select the App Builder in the top-left corner of the webpage. After answering a few questions about the case, you will be able to download or email all of the documents needed.

5) How do I order new materials?

You will want to contact your IMO for ordering new materials.

6) Where can I access my commissions?

After logging in to the website, commissions can be reviewed under Track and then Commission Reports.

7) What product features are approved in my state?

There are often many different State Variations. After logging in to the website, under “Resources” and “State Approvals”, you can look at specific variations for each state.
