If your account is not yet set up, please follow these steps to create one today.
There are 3 components to setup your new website account.
1. Initial Registration
Fill out the form on the Register page.
Confirm your account through the email sent to your address.
2. Set Up Authentication
Choose how you want to receive additional verification codes before you setup your account: email, text message, or voice call.
In addition to the email method for receiving verification codes, select a backup method such as ‘text message’ or ‘voice call’.
3. Verify Your Identity
To keep your online account secure, you will verify your identity through Access Online Resources:
Set up an ID.me account (if you do not already have one) and follow the workflow.
You will be asked to upload a photo ID (driver’s license, passport or other government issued ID).
Please note: Some accounts may take up to 2-3 days to process new accounts.
